Online Elective North Carolina Real Estate Broker Courses
Now you can take CE Elective Courses online in the privacy of your home or office.
We offer eleven 4 Hour Online Elective Courses on our RE Campus for only $55.00 per course. All of the courses are approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
If you currently have an Inactive Broker License, you can reactivate you license quickly and easily by taking one or more of our State Approved Online Elective North Carolina Real Estate Broker Courses today.
Some Inactive Brokers are required to take three 4 Hour Elective Courses and one 4 Hour Update Course to reactivate their licenses. You must take the 4 Hour Update Course in a classroom (not online), but you can take as many of our 4 Hour Online CE Elective Courses as you need by choosing from our list of State Approved 4 Hour CE Elective Courses below:

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: |

- When you on click on the Button at the bottom of this page, you will enter the RE Campus site where our Online CE Elective Courses are presented. After entering RE Campus, click on Real Estate. Then click on the “drop down” - Continuing Education.
- Select one of the ten 4 Hour Online Continuing Education Elective Courses, and follow the Registration Instructions carefully. Be sure to fill in your name (as it appears on your Real Estate Pocket Card) and your real estate license number.
- It is critical that you enter your E-mail Address and your Real Estate License Number correctly on the Registration Form!
You will be sent a confirmation of your purchase of the selected Online Elective Course(s) by E-mail containing the procedures for taking the course and reporting completion.
- Upon successful completion of your Online CE Elective NC Real Estate Broker Course, you will be sent an E-mail containing an "Affidavit of Completion”. In order to receive credit for your Online CE Elective Course, the NC Real Estate Commission requires you to fill out the Affidavit, sign the Affidavit and fax it to 509-696-7787.
- Once you have faxed your affidavit to 509-696-7787, J.Y. Monk Real Estate School will report to the NC Real Estate Commission that you have successfully completed your Online CE Elective NC Real Estate Broker Course. We will also mail you a "Certificate of Completion" for your records.
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rules Require the Following:

- All Online CE Courses MUST be completed (including faxing the “Affidavit of Completion” to us at 509-696-7787) within 30 DAYS of the date that you Register for one of our Online CE Elective Courses.
- You must complete each of the short exams at the end of each unit of your Online CE Course with a score of at least 90%. It is fine to scroll back and look up the correct answers to the exam questions. You are not required to pass a Final Exam at the end of your Online CE Elective Course.
- You must fax your “Affidavit of Completion” to 509-696-7787 to verify that you have completed your Online CE Elective Course.
- June 10th is the deadline for completing all CE Courses in North Carolina including Online CE Courses.
- All Online CE Elective Courses must be completed no later than June 10th (regardless of the date that you registered for your Online CE Course). (For example, if you begin an Online Course on June 8, you still must complete this course no later than June 10
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no Refunds on any of our North Carolina Real Estate Continuing Education Courses including Online Continuing Education Elective Courses (no exceptions).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not complete your Online CE Elective Course within 30 days of Registration - or by June 10th – the NC Real Estate Commission will not give you credit for the North Carolina Real Estate Continuing Education Course. After June 10, you will not be able to get back into any Online CE Elective Course, and we will not refund your tuition fee.
By State Law, no CE Courses (including Online CE Elective Courses) can be offered from June 11th through June 30th.
