BIC Continuing Education - Classroom Courses
J.Y. Monk Real Estate School offers the required 8 hours of Broker-In-Charge Continuing Education in 30 Classroom Locations statewide. All BICs are required by State Law in North Carolina to attend the NEW 4 Hour BIC Annual Review Course and the NEW 4 Hour Update Course each year.

Monk Real Estate Training Center, Inc.’s outstanding instructors discuss Record Retention Requirements, Employment Issues, Disciplinary Cases, and Broker-in-Charge Requirements.
Mandatory Update Course (#9913)
4 hours: 1:30p.m. - 5:30p.m.
In this year's new mandatory Update Course (#9913), which was written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, the J.Y. Monk Real Estate Training Center, Inc.'s outstanding instructors focus on "Green" Building, Permits, Summary Ejectment in Residential Tenancies, License Law, Commission Rule, and other Law Changes, and Licensing and Education Review.
