J.Y. Monk is currently developing our 2015 Continuing Education course offering. Check back later this year for details about our new 2015 elective course, and information on where and when we will be offering continuing education in 2015!

J.Y. Monk Real Estate School offers the required 8 hours of Continuing Education for all real estate Licensees in 36 Classroom Locations statewide. Last year we received more than 18,000 registrations for our CE Update Courses, CE Elective Courses and BICAR Courses from the Mountains to the Coast of North Carolina.

In this year's new mandatory General Update Course (#9915), which was written by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, the J.Y. Monk Real Estate Training Center, Inc.'s outstanding instructors focus on Electronic Signatures and Documents, Selected Property Management Issues, Revised Commission Rules, Misc. Topics, and Licensing and Education Review.

Our 2014 elective course is titled “2014 Real Estate Market Pulse” (#3259). It is a course written by J.Y.
