	Broker Pre-Licensing Courses The Broker Pre-Licensing Course (75 Hours) is the beginning real estate course in North Carolina. Successful completion of this course will qualify and prepare you to sit for the State Licensing Exam and to work for any real estate firm in North Carolina.



	Broker Post-Licensing Courses North Carolina real estate school students must complete the Broker Pre-Licensing Course successfully, pass the State Licensing Exam and actually hold a Broker License on “Provisional Status” before they are eligible to take the three 30 Hour Broker Post-Licensing Courses. 	Exam Prep Cram Courses Our famous 1-day “Exam Prep” Cram NC Real Estate Courses offer our students “dynamic” final preparation for the State Licensing Exam in North Carolina. Monk Real Estate School, the leader in NC Real Estate Education Courses, offers the required 8 hours of Broker-In-Charge Continuing Education in 33 Classroom Locations statewide.
